I can easily ring 10" steel gongs out to 300 yards -90%+... That is currently the max distance at our range.

We will protect ya David. Gotta keep that knowledge alive. :fishing:
Plus, I am about to order a 15 round magazine for mine. So if things do go south, I will by then have a couple of 15 round mags full of .45 ACP. Mess with me now. :guns:

I'll have to teach you how to stretch out a 308. I got one if you put the crosshairs on anything between point blank and 900 yards its gonna go down.
Thanks, always willing to learn and improve.
I used to have access to 600 yards, but some arsehole behaved in a criminally negligent manner and it was shut down. :violent
I am quite adept at 500 yards, mind you not bench rest target shooting for accuracy.
I'm more interested in Minute of Man, head shots to 300, torso to 500-600.
I consider myself a rifleman/marsman in the traditional sense, and am fully in control of anything within a quarter mile with iron sights. My skills were acquired via goofing off with endless plinking, BSA, CMP & Appleseed.

Re: A must have in every home in America!
David knows Brother has got his back. My small arsenal of shotguns, rifles and handguns will do the job nicely. Plenty of ammo to go around too. Heck I even have Davids old single shot 20 ga shotgun (his very first gun) and ammo in my locker if he wants to help.
BTW guys they ain't gonna stop you from buying guns, just bullets. Gather up all you can while you can for every weapon you own. Start attending gun shows. Got one coming to Robertsdale the middle of July.
My next "toy" is gonna be a .50 Beowulf upper for my AR. It aint no long ranger, but don't get within 275 meters or it will ruin your day (385 gr JHP) or (400 gr FMJ). Our boys oversees are now using them in urban situations for anti-vehicle/anti-personnel defense. I saw a video just last week where one was shot into a vehicle and completely cracked the engine block @ 100 meters!!
My oldest son had one 7-8 years ago and @ 75 meters with HOLO sight it was dead on. It is one of those weapons that will :spank: you!!
We (the citizens of this country) are guaranteed the right to "...keep and bear arms". They will use your God-given right to disarm us all. The Bill of Rights says we can keep and bear arms...don't say anything about bullets. The liberals in Congress know that, and that is how they will do it. Don't forget what Soviet Premier Nikita Krushev said to the UN General Assembly in the 1950's "...the United States of America is a most formidable foe. A nation so great and powerful that it will destroy itself from within...without a shot ever being fired!!!" That statement was made over 60 yrs ago and is coming true before our eyes today. Many men and women have given their lives in defense of our Constitution and are doing so even today. We must stand strong on the homefront or their sacrifice will have been in vain. God Bless this Great NationBrother
