I've tossed a many left overs in the frying pan after yalls stupid lockjaw specks left me empty handed.. was just like every other small shrimp bathed in milk, flour and hot oil...
i don't see any difference in bait shrimp vs digging my own mudbugs outta the ditch at my ole grannys house...

A boat is either licensed as an inspected live bait vessel or commercial. A LB boat can only have X amount of pounds of product and X amount must be alive. LB shrimpers can fish 365-7 in the LB areas only and this was set up years ago due to LB guys shrimping while season was closed and hammering shrimp.
