Who is the regular that sells the treble hooks $5 for 50 at the pier? I bought some yesterday from him.

Late to respond but I have good luck with VMC 4X 9626BZ size 8 treble hooks when using live shrimp or ghost shrimp. For fiddlers the Mustad 9174BR 3X size 2 has a very short shank that is easier to hide.

John, I'm out of town now but I'll be home tomorrow and I'll check. I know their Eagle Claw but don't know the model #.

Ya, he ordered 100 and was sent 1000, so he had extra...I know he's still got some left. If you have trouble finding him, look for my green "Fshntime" flag and I'll point him out to y'all.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
