when does this get underway :eat:
Give a googan a king, and he can eat for a day. But teach a googan how to kingfish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years

Re: Say it ain't so...Beer sales at the Pier?
"BAR" & GRILL
The alcohol application would be for a grill that's to be built under the pavilion, which is at the base of the pier.
Park officials said alcohol would still not be permitted past the gate and out onto the pier itself. So folks couldn’t wheel out coolers full of beer.
======================
This clip from the new report is reassuring. Even now a certain amount of "pre-lubrication" takes place before fishing and a certain number of coolers are not totally filled with fish. Perhaps those who now can step into the shade to drink would take their trouble with them -- as long as they did not leave a rod behind leaning on the rail. oke1:

I saw the news video.
Well done piece IMHO.
Dan and Danny stated both sides of the issue well. :headbang:

Regardless of the outcome, the fish will still be there. It's not like most of us haven't had to deal with a surley drunk before - if it even comes to that. Don't need to borrow trouble before it comes around
Screw it. Let's ride.
