I think the court(s) have ruled that hunting and fishing on public lands is a privilege, not a right (like driving a car on a public road), and that exercising that privilege grants them access to certain aspects of your privacy.
A thorny issue, no doubt.People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.
If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

The courts have granted enhanced power to game wardens and without them enforcement of game laws would be crippled, 4th Amendment was enhanced at some point by the SCOTUS to address some issues. Laws by lawful means are enforceable. https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fo...s_Constitution

You guys don't have to Convince me what Arkansas law is. We had a town hall with Game and Fish where the Director admitted they have no more powers than any other police. Keep believing the false narrative and assumptions, Because that the process for elimination of your rights. Apathy is the end result of taking freedoms for granted. If a Game warden ask to check my cooler, I will always allow it.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
