Latest @ 5PM per Bucket’s sister!
“We had some fantastic news from the dr this morning. he said that he was going to start taking Travis Forbus off the sedatives tomorrow to start waking him up He is still stable and as long as his pressure stays down they will continue to wake him. that was the best news to hear this morning. prayers are working wonderfully.”

I missed this noon update yesterday from Jessica:
“We had a visit this morning with the dr. he was asking what his nickname is. the boys said "T-Bucket". so he started to open his eyes checking them and was saying "t-bucket wake up lets see what you can do." he started kicking him legs and moving his arms. going straight for his face to pull out all the tubes. It was wonderful to hear this . He said that their going to start to slowly take him seditives to start waking him up tomorrow. When we saw him 10:00 his nurse hooked up his feed bag and he did NOT like her moving that tube. He was lifting his hands as far as the restraints would let him go. He was going straight for his feeding yube. She said that she was going to make sure she eats her Wheaties in the morning.”

Re: Prayers for Bucket
It's kinda sad to hear how he tries to fight his way out of that coma but at the same time those are encouraging signs that he is improving. I really like Travis and hate that he and his family have to go through this ordeal but I,am just grateful and thankful that he will recover and be with us again. It is a wonderful testament to Travis to have so many people who care for him. Gods speed on your recovery. May it be as though it never happened.
