Saw on their website that they are now making a new version with the lead tapered at the hook bend and wide end toward hook eye, supposed to kick up more sand. If they work I may be in the market for some more, so Ironman you may have a new customer if you decide to pour some. Will post results Saturday night or Sunday.

Maybe I was doing it wrong but it appeared to me that shipping was as much as the cost of a 5 pack. If anyone who is local or will be in town 5/10 to 5/17 orders some, buy a couple extra and I will get them from you and kick in for the shipping. I already have an Ironman gaff to collect when I get there.

and if I get on the move tying some spear head jigs there might be a few of those waiting on you too....I am running behind, might just look in what I brought back and see what is left in the box to send....the last I just poured were mostly 3/4 oz a few 1/2oz .....I sent most of those, my last care package....with the no roll slip sinkers
Haywire might have yours, or Fin....has a few too....what ever you guys work out on the pickupBill..............

Hope things heat up enough to use the gaff once or twice. Figured if we saw a BIG shark like that one in the pick up from Fla I could use it as a fishing hook, tie the rope off to the pier and really tick it off!!! or would that be considered shark fishing???

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
