Re: Pier Lately?
most of the young ones on the pier (10-18), are on the right track because we fish there, and i'm no exeption, we stick to what we know is right, and follow in the foot steps of the guys who have been doing this awhile, so instead of doing crack or something like that, we're fishing, and nothing beats that :fishing: :headbang:
I figure it this way, if everyone in the world had a lie clock, whose hands moved once every time they lied. You could use any politicians lie clock as a ceiling fan.

Re: Pier Lately?
At the risk of sounding like another guy who used to look up stuff all the time on the forum, Wikipedia says:
"In some subcultures, including the Southern United States, West Africa, SE Asia, and in some US urban communities, Mister is often used along with only the first name to simultaneously indicate familiarity and respect; some children are encouraged to use this form when referring to or addressing adults."
I find myself calling people "Mr" who are younger than me quite a bit these days. When you know someone well enough to see what they have done with their lives, their family, the way they conduct themselves and their business -- but not well enough perhaps to consider them a close friend -- then "Mr." is the only thing that fits. MR. John. Familiarity and respect don't have age restrictions.

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
