Thread: Pier Away From Here

Had to work over this week on a inland platform. Tried fishing the lights at night and every cast would bring a good size WT, no Specs. Woke up this morning to see a nice 15lb or so Triple Tail finning around the pilings, but it wouldnt eat. Fished for about an hour after daylight and caught these guys. All fish were caught on soft plastics, some on bottom and some under a popping cork. Only problem is weeding through the 3-5lb Gaff Tops.

If you ever get a chance to fish the Specs in La, GEAUX!!! I forgot how much fun it is!
