Hello, Idaho.
I just bought the okuma avenger baitfeeder 65 a couple of months ago. Are you looking at an Epixor, which is a grade or two above the avenger? The drag is smooth and so far the avengers I have are holding up well. I don't get to fish as often as some of the folks who have replied to this thread previously, so take that for what its worth. The 65 series baitfeeder will hold 400 yards of momoi illusion 16#. That's by actual count as I had it spooled at J&M. I really like 'em, and they were selling for $45 on ebay shipped.
The baitfeeder feature takes some getting used to. I missed some fish with the bait drag set too loose (backlash) and too tight (spit). Somebody said let the fish take up slack and when he starts taking line good then flip the lever....that works.
Sometimes. Other times it tempts you to say ugly words.
I have a really good hookup ratio on the kings that hit hard and run directly away at high speed leaving a vapor trail in the water. The ones that lollygag around and spin in circles remind me of picking butter beans.....it's hard to tell when its time.
Good luck Saturday. Wish I could be there, too.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
