Re: New gear?
I took my old POS Lamiglass, stripped it down, extended it 12 inches with an old aluminum dip net handle and when I have 30 minutes to kill,I'm going to slap some guides on it with 20lb orange dacron.A 10' 3'' cig slinger.

Why not sell them and use the money to get some nice left handed reels?
[/quote]
Ive already got a couple vs left handed. Also have a few stradics, vm150 and etc etc with the handle on the right side. It's really hard to find high end gears in the left handed version so I thought it'll be nice to be able to fish both hand. Also I am right handed so its really awkward when I cast with my right hand then switch the rod to my left hand to reel with my right hand.

Be sure and add a few moquitoes or luvbugs to the thread coat for looks ;-) LOL!
I'm adding a new set of plastic trays for my softside tackle system to better organize my lures and weights for pier, shore, wade or jetty.(RETIRED) mostly.
