Anybody got any opinions on Cotton Bayou and Bayou St. John? Our place is 50 yards from Cotton Bayou.

It has been years since I have but I think you can still put in at Billy's seafood. I only had problems with obstructions in that river when the water is lower. If you stay in middle you should be ok.
'Veteran' whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'USA' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.'

Man you are in a great area then. You can launch from boggy point, tacky jacks, or the cotton bayou launch:

That entire area is loaded with flounder, specks, reds, Spanish mackerel. Work the ono island lights and the grass flats. I would head to J&M and let them know where you are at and they can give you some great advice.'Veteran' whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'USA' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.'
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
