same here +1 on this Illusion 16lb mono.

For my king reel, I like the Momoi Diamond Illusion 16lbs.

I like the original Sufix Tritanium, of course you have to order it from the UK, or at least I do. Surprisingly not too expensive including s/h.

Ditto on suffix tritanium. Still use a lot of that, and Academy in my neck of the woods carries it in 1/4 pound spools. I've also grown fond of yozuri hybrid clear. It's a floro-coated line that is super tough....no other way to say it. It only comes in 250 or 600 yard spools, so there is some waste possible filling up my larger reels, but I've gradually gone to a braid backing on them to alleviate that problem....wal-mart carries it and sometimes on the coast you can buy it there cheaper than anywhere. It seems to have a better shelf life on my reels that don't see the coast nearly enough. PS: I treat my lines and reels with the KVD line conditioner every day I'm fishing and on the day I load up to go and when I bring the stuff home.

+1 on the Momoi Hi-Catch. Casts well, holds up well, don't have to change it as often as I do other lines, low memory, and available in multiple colors. Great stuff.

Big Game is hard to beat, but I have moved over to ProSpec for most of my mono. Braid has all been switched to KastKing.

No intention to offend anyone, but...Kastking braid is rubbish. Seriously.

Been using kast king for a few years now with no complaints, their fortis braid is better than their original though. I've landed fish up to 90 lbs on it. Suffix titanium for mono where needed.

I've not tried the super power, just bought a bunch of the fortis when it was on sale.
