I wish I had the metal laying on the garage floor to make a hoop ring.....got plenty of netting now....trip to the metal yard and time,(work) just might be out before this trip??.....glad your still getting them up
You never know (I have a strong desire)
I like one that isn't deep, (netting) easier to get over the rail with big fish(the way I make them)
Trouble finding the stainless 3/8 coupler now.....could have sworn they were avaliable and not the 1/4 when looking last year
Making progress....I said I had a strong desire,
wish I had the stuff before the cold snap and welding on the gaffs before pouring the lead....with the day off ,wish it was warmer outsideBill..............

Seems I found (made) one .....maybe not your stolen one, but a classic Ironman172 net.....limited on the pier to just these 2 .....just needs dipped and rope.....
Anything you would like done to it? I have made a stainless ring for the bottom (zip tied to the netting)Not pictured
31in diameter....15-16 in deep netting should sag more with bull red, sheepie, or big pompBill..............

Bill,
I don't know what to say.
You have got to be one of the very most generous people I have ever known. Can't thank you enough. An "Ironman Net" WHOOHEE!!!! I will be the envy of all on the pier.
As far as anything else done to it, I can't imagine what it would be.
Thanks again kind sir.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
