I stopped by Academy after hitting a gun show with my youngest son and lunch for his birthday today , just don't see him enough so that was good , I did get some Frogg Touggs a jacket and bibs and a set of their LtW sets to stash in the truck .
Thanks to all again for your in put .If you are going to fight, fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's ark and brother, it's starting to rain!

http://www.froggtoggs.com
or email will@froggtoggs.com if I can be of assistance in any way. Be glad to discuss features and benefits of our different fabrics and styles.
Again, the last time I was in JohnG's store, he had the Ultralight pack suit in stock. That was in July, so no idea what the stock levels are now, but they stock them.

I've ordered off that website, as I was searching for my lost 'Toggs rain suit I found a set of Hellbender breathable waders I use in the winter on my kayak. They're nice quality also. Good stuff, I'll have to buy a new rain suit.

No problem. Grew up on the pier in the late 70's - early 80's. Dad developed some real estate down there and would drop me off at the pier in the mornings and pick me up in the afternoon when he got done. If they were biting, he would stay and fish. Don't get down as much anymore, but always try to get by when I am there. Usually don't fish, just walk to the octi and back again reminiscing. Anything I can do to help the guys that fish, I try to do. The pier rats back in the day sure took care of me.

I have used frogg toggs for many years on a boat and on a motorcycle and been very happy. Most rain gear won't hold up to long rides at highway speed on a bike. Theirs do. Couple this with a price point of about 30 clams for a suit and they literally mop the floor with all other competitors. Their is no comparable rain gear at that price point that I am aware of.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
