You can shark all year around, but it is best when the water warms up.
It really starts firing up in May, May through Oct.
A trip in June would be great.
In order for me to commit to taking a 3-5 day sharking vacation, I have to have commitments from at least two others.
Many hands lessen the load & make things move quicker, and like I said, it is a team sport.Ragnar Benson:

well, I would say my son and I could go for a few days. If we could get a group of people committed and then move them around to cover multiple days. Something like that might work. The issue is getting the commitment from people. Everyone is all in until they need to be their. Then it's a different story. I had it happen to me many times with fishing trips to Canada. The earlier it gets planned out the better the turnout will usually be.

I think coach we'll have people that can take out bait. Just having people on shore and helping out would be great. So don't think you're not welcome if you don't go out in the yak at night. It will be a learning experience for most I'm sure. Chile would it be better to have two yaks go out each time at night for safety. I do have 2 yaks .

Chile do you have particular nights planned. I am in Birmingham but with a couple of weeks notice I can come down for a couple of days. I have a camper in Gulf State park.

Two yaks going out halves the workload, and if anyone gets in trouble it makes things much easier.
I have a yak too, OK Prowler 13.
I'm going to be shooting for June 3rd thru 6th, that gives me 3-4 nights.
I need to secure the dates for vacation time & a hotel.
I'll be open to fishing either side of the Pass, there are some spots around Perdido Key, e.g. at the junction of River Rd & 292, and another lot just to the West of that.
Or over at Pensacola Beach there are several easy to access spots, and known to produce.
It'll be easier for Jhatch to travel back-n-forth from Gulf Shores & Perdido.Ragnar Benson:

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
