We don't typically have a cook out here with us unless we have a 3rd party crew out with us. I'm on a smaller structure, it's usually just 3 of us out here. We do cook fish from time to time though. Originally Posted by ChileRelleno

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
