Since it isn't a juvenille, I'd be more inclined to believe it was found in a larger fish's belly as opposed to being caught on hook and line... but who knows. :

Last Friday we were dropping in 1000ft of water. We caught some strange fish, including tilefish. One thing all the fish had in common was their eyes were bulging out of their heads from the pressure difference. With that said, I would say that fish was caught alive, not found whole in another fish's body.

Re: Huh?
It's like this exploding cosmic, universal realization of ultimate conciousness, man.
Screw it. Let's ride.

Whatever it is, it's uglier than my fat sister's first husband.

Re: Huh?
I was also interested in the "pompano dolphinfish" earlier in the records list. A trip to google-land was required.
Are we now out of creative fish names? Now we're just recombining and reusing old names? :mrt:
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
