    Congrats! Hard work has it's rewards.


    My older sister is an EMT/99 or something like that, advanced whatever, she want to continue and advance to full Paramedic.
    Hard to do while juggling work, school and a family.

    Unfortunately due to the duty to act laws, I would be forced to remove my butt from the rail and assist in the care of anyone who is injured or having a medical emergency.

    I believe you have already come to the aid of others needing help on the pier....law or no law....I remember a over heating and person passing out you were giving help....and they were in good hands then and better now in the future.
