I moved to Gulf Shores this past September Always loved pier fishing and have been fishing the pier since September Don t say much but observe a lot. You gentlemen are a rare breed in todays world. Everything they say about you is true I've seen it time and time again since September. You are to be commended. You are real. You are appreciated. I try to do my part in my own way now and will continue to do more as I learn but quite frankly I just try to stay out of ya ll 's way and observe and learn for I just don t see how anyone can do it better. It is a pleasure just being associated with men of your caliber.

I have fished the Panama City Beach county and city piers a good bit the last couple of years. I just do not meet as many friendly and helpfull people there. I also believe the forum helps a lot to educate people on good pier behavior. I encourage all of you to tell people about the forum when you are talking with them on the pier. Many do not know about it. I personally find the GSP the best group of pier fisherman I have been around. Thanks Guys and Gals. I also like the monitoring done on the forum to keep it clean.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
