    The stradic 5000 only holds 220yds of 20#, that just doesn't seem like enough for kings.

    I bought the Penn SV 4500 and put it on a 7'6" Ugly Stik Inshore select, spooled with 30# power pro and I really like it.
    I have a line on a green Penn 706 for $ 40.00 is that a good deal.

    I was thinking the same thing, but it would be a great reel for Spanish, Specks & Flounder, when matched to a suitable rod(s).

    What do you mean by having a "line"? If that's the price, then you have an excellent deal if it is in good condition.

    I double checked and it is a 710 that is for sale near me.

    Having a line on something means you know where to get something. This figure of speech is generally used when something is not being offered publicly, can be had at an exceptional bargain or is just hard to find.
