Glad you have opened your eyes to the preferred techniques for cobia fishing from the pier. Now if we were on a boat I would say tie that cricket on.

This past Saturday morning I threw a small cig out and immediately hooked up on a decent spanish, got him in, tightened down the drag and flung him over the rail...then a guy says,"careful those have teeth". I just smiled and said thanks...
