I've got a 120 but it would be a pain to haul on my cart. If you have a cart big enough, go for it. They are surprisingly affordable at Academy or Wallyworld.

He said he would build the cart around the cooler. I like bigger coolers and the 120 marine type usually offer good size, material and workmanship for a fair price.

I just recently bought an Igloo 94qt Marine, and I'm happy enough with it.
Holds a metric sh*t ton of ice, fish, drinks and snacks.
Yeah, the hinges are good but the front latches suck, both have already broken
Replacements are cheap, but ya know, it doesn't really need them, unless its going to be riding in the back of a truck.

    Good point, I missed that.
If you are building it, go big. Can always stack the tackle box on top of the cooler.

WOW! I was just looking at Yeti coolers! Who in their right mind would pay that much for a cooler?
