+1 on the 'stealthy approach'.
And after you catch a fish, give the light a few minutes to 'rest' and allow the fish to go back into 'feeding mode'.
Otherwise they will 'wise up' and either leave or the bite will shut down.
3" Gulp Shrimp on a 1/4 or 1/8 ounce jighead for the flounder and reds (and croaker of course). I even catch the occasional speckled trout on them ;-)
