I was a total noob last year and spent some quality time with both Pier#er (David) and Viking Guy (Adam). If either is available you'd be crazy not to spend some time with them learning the ropes. I'll be down in about a month and am already pestering them about their schedules...

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
