That video of spotting sand fleas, and one more like it, is on youtube. I watched them right after I found this Forum, and they were really great at helping me read the surf. My sand flea rake is one those cheap 4" x 10" rakes that is what kids use, but I have great success with it after seeing these videos. Sometimes the sand fleas just aren't there where I am, and there are times that there are sand fleas and no Pompano on my stretch of beach. But I am still able to better watch the surf, and read the water, and have a great time; we just love it when we can be there. Hooking something, well, that's priceless.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
