Do you hold it at the Octi or the pier house up front?

Coincidentally, my dad, brother, and I are driving down from Memphis to fish from the pier that weekend. As the time gets closer, I'll check back on this thread and see if there's something we can cram onto our gear to bring that's missing.

Any suggestions on stuff you think we need - fire away.

Ideas for those asking what they can bring.

Remember no cooking/grilling on the pier.
There are a limited number of electrical outlets, so crockpots are an option... Someone bring a power strip to make the most of those few outlets.

More buns for John G's BBQ, make for some filling BBQ sammiches.
Hams, a couple of large hams go a long way.
    Hotdogs-n-buns for the kids... Ketchup/Mustard
    Potato chips
    Potato salad
    Coleslaw
    Jambalaya
    Beans-n-rice
    Casseroles
    Fruit or Veggie trays
    Bread/Dinner rolls-n-butter
    Desserts
    Sweet Tea
    Sodas
    Water
    Ice-n-Cups

Afraid the jambalaya and bread pudding won't make it this year.
