Hush puppy problem solved. This batch I used a little flour, a little more salt and a lot more onion. They were fantastic. Exactly what a fat man needs. Thanks for the tips.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
