    I like remora! They just need to be the really big ones because as you could tell from the video, there's not a lot of meat on them in relation to the size of the fish. Strange that the guy in the video didn't cut out the dark lateral line, which is what I do with all fish that I fillet.

    Remote is great, I kept one that was 4.5 pounds at Panama last fall. Grilled half, friend half. No ish taste or smell at all

    Yeah, If you catch big ones, they're excellent. I'll try them grilled next time. I've always fried them!
