    Tongue is delcious.
You're absolutely correct, it happens to be my favorite 'cut' of beef. A few lengua tacos from an authentic taqueria is my go to fast food meal (at least 2 to 1 against every other fast food option combined).

I've had and like all three seperately, but I can't handle the looks of this. I even love tongue!

Heck yeah, Lengua, Barbacoa and Al pastor are my favorites.
Lengua tacos with a spoonful of salsa Verde, yummy!

Very thinly sliced tongue, quickly grilled over charcoal is very good.
Very popular in Japanese Yakiniku restaurants, where you grill meats over a charcoal grill in the center of the table.
