some very good advice. classes are a must since she has never shot. carrying a gun is a serious responsibility.

I have the Kel-Tek and am very pleased with it, but I strongly go along with the suggestion for a revolver for your GF. There are some fine .38s out there in lightweight models. Strongly second the training suggestion, too.
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
