This afternoon, I crossed the Tombigbee River at Jackson, AL, on my way to hunt another turkey and the water is high and ugly brown and headed for Mobile Bay and the Gulf. Dammit. Hope for east winds to blow it over to LA.

Bad storms rolling in here now,possible hail tornado ect... this is another reason to hate spring along with yard work

TonightSoutheast winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 18 to 23 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet.
SaturdaySoutheast winds 18 to 23 knots. Seas 5 to 7 feet. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Saturday NightSoutheast winds 18 to 23 knots increasing to 20 to 25 knots. Seas 6 to 8 feet.
SundaySoutheast winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 7 to 10 feet. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Sunday Night
South winds 25 to 30 knots becoming southwest 20 to 25 knots. Seas 7 to 10 feet. Showers and thunderstorms likely in the evening, then showers and thunderstorms after midnight.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
