Thread: SEC FOOTBALL 2012

MSU Bulldogs got a big win over Auburn; already reading about Chizik's job being in question. Isn't it funny when someone gets beat by MSU, all the sudden its firing time?

Gotta see a little more out of State and Auburn both before I make my mind up. Don't know if they played that well or Auburn played that poorly. They did look pretty good, though. Ole Miss is putting up some pretty good numbers but have a long way to go. Maybe the Egg Bowl will actually be a game this year.

State has Troy so that's not going to tell much
Interesting game will be Louisiana Monroe at Auburn. Was Arky game a freak accident? Guess we'll see Saturday.
I sorta suspect Aw-barn will hang an ass whipping on Ooo LA MO.
Texas is at Ole Miss. That'll be when Freeze finds out what he's got.
Not sure what to think about Bama at Arky game. Arky either sucks really bad or they're gonna have blood in their eyes looking for some getback.
Tennessee? Time will tell. Dooley's got his back against the wall and the kids know it.

State has Troy so that's not going to tell much

I have season tickets to Troy games and will be there Saturday. Don't think it will be much of a game though. Troy is not nearly as good as they were a couple years ago. My son has 2 Sunbelt Championship rings from his football career at Troy. We're glad they had some great seasons while he was there. This is the first time a SEC team has played in Troy. Go Trojans!! Roll Tide!!

That's my point. This team is scary as hell. Give or take, 14 starters will return - 7 each O & D. And the #2s waiting their turn to start next year would be starters on just about every other team in the country.

BTW - Of the 14 returners---7 are currently sophomores

fla has showed nothing. sure they beat a tennessee team that quit in the 2nd half but were not impressive. bama- 49 fla 10
