    But then I substituted the veggie soup mix (couldn't find the knorr brand anywhere)

    Like Bill, I don't use the Knorr mix either but I'm sure it's good.
    I mostly use Connecuh (sp?) sausage and Louisiana hot sauce (with the red ball on the bottle) and frozen turnip greens. Hard to beat!!!!!

    I tried Flora Bama yacht club in May. The first and Last time. Food was fair but the service was absolutely terrible. Too many good places to waste my time and money on this one.

    After looking at the recipe I would probably substitute (or just add) andouille sausage and half a pound of shrimp... but that's just me....errr my stomach talking
