I talked to David yesterday and told him I'm putting a load of butts on the smoker Friday night. Somebody needs to get with him and discuss sauce, buns ect.

Don't know how many buns (no smart ass comments please) people are planning on bringing but John posted we need to get them and the sauce. If you can post what you were willing to bring so we will know what to get Friday night please do so. Don't send me a private message I can't figure out to reply just post it here.

As long as my travel goes as planned from Chicago I will be there in time for the picnic.
Bringing a 36 pack box of single serving animal crackers and a 36 pack box of single serving Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Guess they can be eaten anytime.
Needed something easy for travel.

Maybe someone should bring name badge stickers & a sharpie to put our online names on so we "recognize" each other.

Robert, I'm bringing about 15 lbs of wild hog bbq so I was planning on bringing about 60 buns for that and a bottle of some kind of sauce.
Love the name badge idea...may happen every year, but great idea

How many buns do you want me to bring, 100, 150, 200?
I can bring a couple gallons of sauce too.
What ever we stand in need of for that, or something else in particular?
Please let me know and I will commit to it.
Buns and BBQ sauce?
Name tags & markers?
A extra large side dish of potato salad or coleslaw?
Large cooler full of sodas?
Pick one, please.Ragnar Benson:

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
