Supposed to come down tonight. We can't decide to come or not to come. How bad is a cat 1 normally as far as power outage and being able to move freely through town after it passes?

I'm sure that no one knows. No two storms are exactly the same and it's impossible to determine now how intense and potentially destructive a storm may be.

I would, but I'm the adventurous type, especially if I had already laid the money out.

If you are out on Fort Morgan Road be prepared to rough it (possibly) a couple of days. The beach is really interesting after a storm.

People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.

If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

It's in town. The condo is family owned so nothing out of pocket.
Have they announced any closures to the pier? I'm gonna try to hit it in the morning before the storm arrives.

How do the seas affect us on the beach? At what height does it start affecting the road and parking lots?
