The Tin Top (on the way to Billy’s Seafood on Bon Secour Highway off of C.R. 10) has been popular for our crew the last few trips down. On the way into town, we grab fresh steamed shrimp to snack on at the condo from Billy’s before they close, then grab supper at the Tin Top before checking in.

I agree with Chillinfish, if you are looking for fresh seafood (after the local guys close) or just a grocery store Rouse's is the way to go. There are two of them down there now. I ended up spending more at Rouse's for food to bring home (so hard to find good cajun/creole up here) than I do during the week...

I like Rouses, wheres the second one now? I hit the salad bar alot when I’m there alone, and the fried chicken which I don’t need.

The one in Orange Beach is where the Winn Dixie used to be if I'm not mistaken.

Guess i'll repeat whats been said.
I like rouses for seafood, mainly because I can get the other items I need while there.
I like the shrimp basket in hattiesburg ms, but never had it there. I do like the Original Oyster house, or skip up to Felix's in mobile(more of a tradition to stop for our lunch), I also like that fired chicken place... foooooosacklys??
Bait I get from the little shop on the SE corner of the 59 bridge, or J&M. I've used most the bait/tackle stores, but I keep coming back to these two. Maybe the friendly people there are the reason(in addition to reasonable prices.)
There isn't really any BAD places that I can think of....

Been a little disappointed in Rouses last couple time I've bought their fried chicken. They quit putting the time it was put out and it had too much breading for me.
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
