John, I'm glad you got past that one. The worst thing you can do is try to "Man" your way through those symptoms, hoping they'll go away. Often, they do, and the patient goes with them.

I tried to "man my way through" a kidney stone in June. Ended up fetal begging for pain medicine or a quick death.

I'm doing OK, it was just a close call, 'something' happened, but thankfully it wasn't a full blown heart attack.
Saw my Cardiologist Wed, EKG shows differences from last one one about a year & half ago, so something happened to my heart.
Also did an echocardiogram, get results Fri when I go back for a full Cardiac Stress Test.
Have to carry Nitro pills with me now just in case.
Seeing my Primary Doc in the AM.
Need to drop 50#, stop the daily sodas/energy drinks & cut my salt/fats.

Die if you must, but die on your home turf with your face to the wind, not in some stinking hellhole 2,000 kilometers away, among people you neither know nor care about.

Hey Chile, glad to hear that your still on the top side, this could have been just a warning, something that you would be best to heed to. Take care, and you are still in my prayers.

Also you need to keep some baby aspirin on you at all times. The recommended dosage for Aspirin is 4 81mg tablets at the time of the event unless you are on a prescribed daily dosage. Then you need to complete the remainder of the dosage, not totaling more than 324mg in 24 hours. By the way if you have to take the nitro pills, don't do so with viagra or cialisis, and get ready for the worst headache you have ever had in your life.

I lost 40 lbs. using this website Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com. There is an app for smart phones that makes it very convenient.
