Thread: curious to as what people have killed so far this year deer hunting

seen 3 does and thats it only been one time

Killed 2 does with my bow and sat with my 9 yr old grand son over thanks giving while he layer down 5 and other grandson killer one youth weekend

Missed a Big Hog on Delta Came in with a group of about 30-50

I've taken 5 does, my wife has taken 1 doe, and my son has taken 1 with his bow, all these does had no fawns. My son also got this nice 9 pt. Saturday. We are seeing lots of deer and are doing some managing and culling right now, waiting on the rut for the big ones to show up during daylight hours.

i got 4 does and 2 small basket culls. seen lots of hog rooting but cant ever get the crosshairs on one

I normally would never want anything bigger then a 44mag....but trading for this and only have 300 in the 45 I traded for it....I think I came out on top.....it didn't have the scope then either(at the trade)
shoots 480 Ruger 325gr-400gr HP's.....darn fine shooter out to 100yards the furthest I have shot it so far....scoped or not

Yes!!! you came out on top!! I got 1 with by super black hawk hunter this year(lost my release aid in the woods so i had to use my sidearm). i love killin deer with a pistol!!

I have only flung two arrows this year. Killed nice one in arkansas on sept 28th and other in Illinois on nov 16th.

I have killed time. Lots and lots of time.

No deer, but have been doing ok on the ducks. Not great, just ok.
