Yep, gotta stick with the home land fishntime. If the badgers win it will be a big blow to the sec ego, lost to the big ten in the championship game last year, and lose again the beginning of the year this year, that will sting. I dont think the badgers will win and I hope its a great game, just glad to see football starting again.

Sometimes the race is not to the fastest, nor the battle to the strongest. But that is how to bet.
The SEC fans paint a giant target on their back for non-conference play with their mouths; injured pride is probably worth something to the opposition in most games. A couple of years ago in the round of 16 basketball, a Duke assistant interrupted a discussion of Thursday games to ask, "and when is the Saturday game?" When their opposition got word of that, there was no Saturday game for Duke.

Seems like there is a little more "mouth" coming from fans of northern teams than southern teams in this thread. Duke plays in the ACC and lots of people from this far south consider them Yankees.

This is a fishing forum, populated only with the finest products of the South, and rich Yankees who can afford to come down. Courtesy abounds. SEC out in the countryside stands for Super Egotistical Conference in football, and not because of the behavior of their student athletes. Also, avoid playing SEC teams in baseball, softball, and any outdoor sport not requiring a live animal like rodeo, polo, or cattle judging; in those the Big 10 and 12 probably rank higher.
What I was at Auburn they even had a club-level championship ice hockey team, although I think they would meet their doom in the Big 10. Of course it helped that they had a player-coach who was a former NHL player -- LOL.
Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
