Five employees with flooded homes as far as i know. My brother is with Alexandra for Atlanta Falcon cheerleader finals and he lost three cars and one of his boats, a 26' sailfish floated out of the boat lift and we found it tangled up in another boat lift a half mile away. Been awake since 11PM taking care of my property and helping others,it's time for a nap.

I wrote this at about 5:30 this morning while pumping gas on my way to work at the hospital but didn't hit 'post'.

We were completely blocked in by flood water off of the south end of Co Rd 55. 32 was closed down both east east west of 55 with swift water rescue being performed at Fish River by local fire and EMS. 24, 28 and even US-98 closed at Magnolia River bridges. Only way out of SW Foley was through 98 west toward Magnolia Springs/Fairhope. Lots of cars flooded and off the road. Second swift water rescue being performed north of 98 on 181 with rescue boats being staged at the gas station on the corner. Lots of people out on the road looking which endangers their own lives and the first responders who have to save them when something happens. Sections of Foley and Magnolia Springs are completely under water and no way for people to get out of their homes in a vehicle. Many boats reported by my coworkers being floated off of lifts and missing from Little Lagoon, canal and Fish River. Please stay safe and stay off the roads unlesss necessary. There are a lot of neighbors, family and forum members that are in need of assistance right now so please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
