Just had my first Conecuh Sausages this week (have eaten them 3 of last 4 days!). You guys are dead on they are incredible. I ended up tracking them up 2 states away while in Michigan at some scare grocery store in a not so friendly neighborhood but totally worth it. I bought 3lbs and will be eating the last lb tonight (hickory smoked ones). I am going to stock up and get fat (ter) off them while down by you fine folks.
Where's the best place for crab around GSP?

I've lived in both Wisconsin and Alabama and love the culture in both places even though they're completely different.
I haven't seen red been and rice with fresh corn bread listed here yet! One of my favorites, along with greens of any type.
Raw fresh ice cold oysters, or on the grill in the shell is another favorite. Biscuits and sausage gravy used to be a southern thing but now you can get it just about anywhere.
Not a big fan of the flavor of Southern beef, but the pork is outstanding.
Sweet tea, grits and biscuits with tomatoe gravy are also high on my list. Pinto beans and any real gulf seafood, along with southern barbecue.
Oh, gotta go eat....This is making me hungry.

Their business is on I-65 at the Evergreen exit. Their bacon is as good as their sausage.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
