As others have said check within the Elberta community. My wife and I just bought our retirement home in Elberta this past fall. Im still a few years from retirement but went ahead and bought this house because it was such a good deal. Had to do some improvements on the inside but my wife and I always wanted a fixer upper. We wasn't really looking when we found it just got on Craigslist of all places and everything worked out. The people in that community have been awesome. We have felt like we have known these folks all of our lives, but we are also country living folks ourselves.
