Oh how I wish I would be down next week, Idaho. This thread was from a few weeks back. Still haven't tried the rod out. Looks like I may make it down in 66 days for the JohnG prediction.

Well, after several hours making phone calls, I was able to track down a certain manufacturer’s service center in California. Thankfully, they agreed to send out my needed parts. These were left over...
You would think I would know this!
