Orange, red & yellow (especially high vis yellow) work well for pompano.
Pretty much anything that resembles these...
or these!

i’ve had luck with orange. not because i’m smart or anything. blind luck i suppose.

I like the new yellow / chartreuse with just a little orange added on the back of a couple,+ a couple with just a slight bit of orange hair added with the white
doesn't matter what I like though....all up to the pomp'sBill..............
