(Resident) Lifetime Licenses...
If you’re still searching for that perfect gift this holiday season, why not consider a lifetime hunting or fishing license?
For residents of Alabama, this gift will hold special meaning and give years of enjoyment.
Lifetime licenses for residents age 16 or older can be purchased online. You must have the person's driver's license number, date of birth and demographic information.
If you are purchasing a lifetime license for someone under age 16 or who doesn't have a driver's license, you may purchase at a probate office or apply by mail.
Proof of residency must be provided.

Ive always wondered, if you buy the lifetime license and then move out of state, is the license still valid? Or do you still have to be a resident of the state?

A lifetime license is valid only for residents of Alabama. Once you place permanent residency elsewhere you are required to buy a nonresident license to fish or hunt in Alabama. I got this straight from a DCNR employee.

So I'm good then. Na Busch beer taste just like regular beer. I can deal with that. I love the taste anyway. I'm the same tired at the end of the day either way.
