This isn't exactly a recipe, as i used the hi mountain summer sausage kit with 4 lbs of venison and 2 lbs of 80/20 ground beef, mixed in seasoning and cure and ran it through my grinder into 21mm collagen casing. It's basic, but good. Not as good as my own recipe, but a nice change of pace. Would probably be better in the smoker, but i did this batch in the oven.
