simple spanish mack
filet skin on squirt siracha all over bake at 375 till they look done lol simple and spicy gets cut by the oil .. tried it 5 different ways seasoned and baked and the siracha took the cake

Sounds good, I like Sirachi sauce, but... The Sirachi isn't over powering in it's flavor?

NOPE it was kind of a joke like hmmm cant be bad like this lol but i think the abundance of oil in this fish keeps the chili flavor and cuts the heat... Just as when u eat something super spicy, water wont help, only something with fatty oils will pull the capsasin from your tongue alcohol and water will just wash the spice around. Try it , its the only way to have an opinion on it
