Need a Recipe for the stuffing for Stuffed Flounder

I still have a good supply of flounder in the freezer from my fall trip. Broiled, baked, or fried they are always good. I have been making a shortcut stuffing using Frozen crab cakes and raw fresh shrimp from the grocery store. Does anyone have a favorite, easy to prepare, stuffing recipe to share? I try to eat at least 1 flounder a week.

FYI,sheepshead cooked in a strong crab boil for a couple minutes is an excellent substitute for that expensive crab meat.
