Grilled Spanish Mack!!
Just grilled up some spanish mack for supper tonight. Used Fin Chaser's grilled fish recipe, but used low sodium Dale's (original Dale's is too salty for me, Moore's is the same as Low Sodium Dale's). That is a mighty fine recipe Bob! :headbang: Getting low on spaniards in the freezer, can't wait till May to get back down to replinish my supply. I had heard that spanish don't freeze very well, but I used a food saver to vacuum seal them and 10 months later thay are still fine!

Re: Grilled Spanish Mack!!
I've had the same experience with freezing Spanish---use a vacuum sealer, and if they get to smelling a little bit fishy, soak them in milk for a little while. I need some fresh, too! :eat:
